What will you do?
- You will set up campaigns, optimize them and keep abreast of new developments within the field.
- You will work with colleagues on a fixed set of clients for whom you want to achieve maximum marketing success. Depending on your work experience and interests, you will work on SEA (Google Ads, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Microsoft Ads) and/or SEO, Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify, Reddit), UX, develop Looker Studio dashboards and/or set up email marketing campaigns.
- You are an enthusiastic sparring partner and enjoy thinking about how things can be improved.
- You enjoy trying and implementing new tools and developments
- You will be working in a small organization with short lines and lots of action! We have and open working atmosphere where collegiality & trust are important pillars.

What we expect
- You have +3 years of work experience in the field, preferably on the agency side
- You have a completed college education
- You have knowledge of Google Analytics, CRO, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
- You have good communication skills.
- You have an eye for detail.
